I think there is a huge push to eliminate fat from our diet but what many people don&#039;t realize is that it is still an integral part of what our body needs. it&#039;s necessary for joint protection and muscle development. If engaging in large amount of physical activity you can seriously damage yourself if you do not take in a basic amount of fat. Dark meat (aside from being delicious... usually my personal choice) is a great alternative, and it&#039;s also great in soup! The extra nutrients and proteins you get are far superior to soy which actually inhibits the absorption of important nutrients like zinc and iron. So hurray for those luscious thighs!</description>
